Question: I have a SuperScarf and I want another one just like it; can I buy a duplicate?

Answer:

We have a series called "Only 2" ; two SuperScarves designed to match perfectly. Otherwise we can not guarantee duplicating our scarves

Question: Where does SuperScarves get their fabric?

Answer:

Superscarves are handcrafted in the U.S.A.; fabric for each scarf is hand selected from fine cloth merchants around the world.

Question: What is the SuperScarf refund policy?

Answer:

Of course we would want you to tell us why you were dissatisfied, however if we can not satisfy your request, just return the scarf, unworn, and we will refund the price of the scarf (scarves) no hassle.

Question: How long does it take for my SuperScarf to arrive?

Answer:

We will contact you immediately upon receipt of your request. You will receive your scarves within 10-business days after placing your order. Special shipping arrangements can be made upon request.

Question: What if the scarf I ordered on line is not in stock?

Answer:

Superscarves are not "stocked". Orders are produced especially for the individual per request. Each fabric pattern is tracked and no more than a dozen of the same scarf will be created unless it is a wholesale order. Some of our scarves are one-of-a-kind. Colors and patterns may vary from what is displayed on-line. If you are not completely satisfied with your SuperScarf, return it unworn, and the purchase price will be refunded in full.

Question: I have a boutique and I would like to offer Superscarves to my customers. Do you offer quantity or wholesale prices?

Answer:

We do offer quantity prices.

Question: Can I get a swatch of the fabric?

Answer:

Yes, we'd be pleased to send you a swatch. For a selection of swatches there may be a small fee. Wholesalers and quantity buyers can get samples at no charge. Serious intent must be exhibited.

Question: How do I care for my SuperScarves?

Answer:

Your SuperScarf was created for ultimate ease in care; Use it as a beach cover up in the morning, rinse it and use as a shoulder shawl in the evening! Launder it like all of your delicate items, rinse and towel or drip dry in a jiffy!
